  1. Scope: The platform provides temporary/virtual phone numbers from third-party suppliers. Availability is not guaranteed.
  2. Third-Party Terms: Users must comply with the target services’ terms.
  3. Prohibited Uses: Fraud, KYC bypass, spam, harassment, etc. are prohibited.
  4. Disclaimer: Service is provided “as is”; no warranty of success/compatibility.
  5. Indemnity: Users shall indemnify the Platform against claims arising from their use.
  6. Account Termination: Access may be suspended/terminated upon suspected violations.
  7. Data & Privacy: IP, timestamps and logs are processed for limited purposes.
  8. Governing Law/Jurisdiction: Laws of Türkiye; Ankara courts.
